Wireless Sensor Network technology is expected to create significant impact on our lives in the coming decade. Various applications of Wireless Sensor Network include environmental monitoring, natural disaster prediction, home appliances covering many domains like agriculture, and health care, clustered databases and so on. A Sensor Network is a network comprised of sensing as well as computing facilities which helps the administrator in observing and reacting to the events and phenomena in a specified environment. This paper describes implementation of Wireless Sensor Networks in agriculture sector. The deployment of Wireless Sensor Network for precision agriculture.
